Yes. Your first draft is free. You pay the launch fee only when you're happy with the site and want it live on your domain.
Choose by the pages you need: the Website launch covers up to 5 pages, the Pro launch up to 15 pages with unlimited rounds of changes and a senior designer, and the Signature launch up to 30 pages with the copywriting and a logo included. Not sure? Pick the closest; you can change it any time before you pay.
Anything bigger than the Signature launch: more than 30 pages, several locations or brands, or features we should scope together. Choose "Custom quote" on the form or chat with us, and our team sends a fixed price before you commit.
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days, included. Priority brings it to 2 to 3 business days (+$199), and rush delivers it overnight, by 9:00 the next business morning (+$399). If we miss a priority or rush target for a reason on our side, we refund that fee.
Tell us what to change, in plain words. 5 rounds of changes are included before launch (unlimited rounds with the Pro launch and above), and if it's still not right, you don't pay.
Your business name, what you do, and a sentence about what the site should do. Photos, a logo, your menu or price list help a lot, and links to your booking or ordering pages if you have them.
Yes, at no charge. We'll send simple steps for your registrar, and we never ask for your registrar password. If you don't have one, the care plan includes a .com registered in your name.
You do, once the launch fee is paid. If you leave, you can take a copy of your site's files and move your domain.
Any time, as easily as you signed up. It's $49 a month, runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and any add-ons end with it.
